All Jusylo Apps

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published under the Jusylo brand on the Apple App Store, including Pixel Sanctuary and VoxSky, as well as the official website at jusylo.com.

Our Privacy Pledge

At Jusylo, we believe that software for wellness, focus, and personal reflection should remain strictly private. We design our software architecture around a simple rule: your data belongs to you and stays on your hardware.

            Key Guarantee: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data, audio recordings, or behavioral information with any third parties or advertisers.
          

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

When you purchase premium features, subscriptions, or lifetime unlock passes, all payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple via StoreKit 2. Jusylo never receives, sees, or stores your credit card number, bank details, or billing address. All transactions are subject to the Apple Privacy Policy.

2. Datefuse Policy

Datefuse (iOS)

Datefuse (App Store ID: 6812648242) is a face-to-face first date game designed to break the ice and test real chemistry between two players sharing a single iPhone.

Zero Accounts & Local On-Device Storage

No Account Required: Datefuse operates completely without user accounts, logins, emails, phone numbers, or social media connections. You open the app and play immediately.
On-Device Storage: Game preferences, completed acts, player names, and session debriefs are saved strictly on your local device via iOS UserDefaults. None of your dilemmas or answers are ever uploaded to remote servers.
Complete Data Erasure: You can wipe all game history and stored names at any time with one tap in Settings > Data Management.

Photo Library Permission (Score Cards)

Datefuse requests NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription only when you explicitly choose to save your generated Chemistry Report / Instagram Story card to your Photos app. The app only writes your new card; it never accesses, reads, scans, or uploads any existing pictures.

In-App Purchases & Attribution

All premium passes (e.g. Pass Soirée 24h, After Hours Lifetime) are processed securely through Apple StoreKit 2. Datefuse integrates the TikTok Business SDK solely for non-identifiable campaign download attribution and aggregate marketing performance without sharing personal identities or in-game dilemma choices.

            Datefuse Summary: Zero registration, local storage only, optional photo save strictly for story cards, and 100% face-to-face privacy.
          

3. Pixel Sanctuary Policy

Pixel Sanctuary (iOS)

Pixel Sanctuary is a cozy wellness audio companion designed for meditation, deep focus, and restorative sleep through retro JRPG ambient soundscapes.

Data Handling & Local Storage

No User Account: Pixel Sanctuary operates completely independently without user registration, usernames, or passwords.
Local Audio & Preferences: Your favorite sanctuaries, timer configurations, volume mix levels, and streak statistics are stored locally on your device using native iOS Keychain and UserDefaults. No audio telemetry is transmitted.
Offline Playback: Audio files are bundled or cached on-device for seamless offline use without contacting external servers during playback.

            Pixel Sanctuary Summary: 100% offline-ready, zero tracking, zero third-party SDKs, and local-only configuration storage.
          

4. VoxSky Policy

VoxSky (iOS)

VoxSky is a daily 10-second voice reflection journal that transforms emotional themes into an interactive 3D constellation star map.

Audio Recordings & Sandboxing

Your voice reflections are deeply personal. VoxSky enforces strict privacy safeguards:

Isolated Device Sandbox: Your 10-second audio files (.m4a) are written directly into your device's isolated application container. They are never transmitted over the internet to remote servers.
On-Device Speech Recognition: Voice transcriptions are executed exclusively on your device utilizing Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer (configured with requiresOnDeviceRecognition = true).
On-Device Emotion & Constellation AI: Classification into emotional themes and celestial star coordinates is computed locally using Apple's NaturalLanguage framework (NLTagger). No cloud LLMs or third-party AI APIs receive your transcripts.

            VoxSky Summary: Complete privacy isolation. Audio and transcripts never leave your iPhone or iPad.
          

5. Data Rights & Regulatory Compliance

Your Rights

Right to Deletion: Because your data resides on your device, deleting an app or tapping "Reset Data" in settings permanently erases all local recordings, presets, and history immediately.
Right to Portability & Access: You may access all your voice notes directly from your device storage or export them at any time.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not withhold features or change pricing whether you exercise any privacy rights.

            Children's Privacy: Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not collect age or identifying information.
